21st century consumers are nobody’s fool. If you want to get ahead sales and marketing aren’t enough. You’ve got to have stellar service, the kind that makes your customers go, “Holy crap, this place is great.”
And I’ve said for a long, long time that there’s just no strategy, trick, or gimmick you can pull to get great reviews if you aren’t a 5-star business in the first place. If you aren’t, you need to become one.
