April Round-Up

This month I got to do some cool feature pieces. First, I asked what customers really want to see happen when they leave bad reviews. Why are they doing it? What’s going through their heads when they sit down to write?

The result was this piece: What Customers Really Want When They Leave a Bad Review.

Since asking for reviews is the best way to get them, I also did this piece: 8 Creative Ways to Ask for Reviews Without Breaking the Rules.

Then there were the interviews, which were great as usual. I really enjoy doing these. Getting to talk to all these wonderful, generous, talented people has been a joyful experience. It’s also been the best education a person could ask for.

These were:

Launching & Running Local SEO Events with Andrew Cock-Starkey

SEO Research Secrets, Schema Shifts, and the Power of Entity-Based SEO with Bill Slawski

Helping Lawyers Stand Out in a Crowded Digital Marketplace with Gyi Tsakalakis

Ask an SEO Consultant: The SEO Industry, MarTech Tools, and KICC with Jenny Halasz

I have, of course, continued to do a boatload of ghostwritten client work as well.
